Permanent wire tensioner is available to buy in increments of 1
Galvanised permanent wire tensioner - simply attach to a fence post using 3.15mm galv or PVC coated fencing wire - allow 20-30cm length away from the post. Then simply pull the fencing wire as tight as you can manually and feed it through the slot / hole in the tensioner - use a spanner or pliers to ratchet the tensioner to pull the wire as tight as you need it to be.
Use a tensioner on each length of straight fence- where you change direction or over a 50m + length of wire - use another tensioner.
