Is your online payment system secure?
We use an external 3rd party gateway (eWay), who are approved by our bank, for the most secure payment process available – we do not ever see your credit card information and we do not store anyone’s card details. Our payment processing system uses the very latest and most secure data management protocols complying with our bank’s very strict security requirements.
If you elect to give us your credit card details over the phone to process your order, immediately after the transaction has been completed, we permanently destroy your card details.
If I purchase a Fencing Store product, will I be supplied with a Tax Invoice?
Once your order has been shipped you will receive a valid Tax Invoice by email. If you have lost your invoice we will be happy to email you a new one. Simply contact our sales team with your request.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa and MasterCard and direct bank deposits for purchases on our website. Subject to appropriate arrangements we may also accept other forms of payment for specific customers – shipments will not occur until all payments are cleared into our bank account. We do not accept cheques for payment of any invoices.
What will appear on my credit card statement?
If you paid for your order by credit card, on your credit card statement you will see a charge from "The Fencing Store" - this is the business name that our bank uses for the merchant payments facility that we have with them.
Do you have Lay-by or finance on your products?
No, all products must be paid in full when the order is made unless other arrangements are made.
Do you charge a credit card service fee?
Yes we do, there are no fees or charges apply for any card transaction under $5,000, for all card payment transactions over $5,000 a 1% card fee will apply to cover the charges we incur from the card issuers and our bank. There are no charges for EFT or direct deposit payments.
